Carlos Rivera
Chief Engineer
Carlos is a mechanical engineer supporting the development and execution of natural gas-to-liquids (GTL) technologies and process systems. At G2Fuels, he has been involved in the development of Fischer-Tropsch and GTL systems including reactors, reformers, compressors, pressure vessels, catalysts, instrumentation systems, and supporting process equipment.
His work spans mechanical, electrical and process engineering disciplines, including the design, fabrication, integration, and operation of pilot GTL equipment and infrastructure. Before joining G2Fuels, Carlos worked at V Gas, contributing to the design and fabrication of ASME pressure vessels and modular skid-mounted process equipment for industrial and energy applications.
Carlos holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronics from the University of Monterrey. During his studies, he completed internships with major manufacturers including John Deere, Frisa Aerospace, and Ternium.
