Bob Lewandowski

Bob is a global manufacturing and reliability executive with 35+ years of experience in engineering, operations, maintenance, and capital projects. Bob began his career at The Dow Chemical Company, advancing through operations and engineering leadership roles in the U.S. and Germany, including plant and site leadership for Dow’s Phosgene Derivatives and Specialty Fuels operations. Bob created and led the Reliability organization for the Sadara Chemical Company JV in Saudi Arabia, commissioning 26 world-scale chemical plants with best-in-class safety and operational performance.

Returning to the U.S., he directed engineering, maintenance, and reliability for Dow’s largest manufacturing assets and later served as Senior Director at Nacero, establishing corporate and site-level reliability, mechanical, and safety programs. Bob also held executive consulting and general management roles across multiple industries. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
